Healthy Green Caviar Seaweed Salad

Ingredients: Sliced young mangoes, Umai (sliced raw fish mixed with lime juice, onion, chili, salt), tomatoes and stem of sea grapes (green caviar).

green caviar seaweed saladIt’s then mixed with some gravy/dressing that is made out of shrimp paste, chilies, lime juice, sugar and salt. On top is sea grapes seaweed and the whole thing is best eaten with boiled cassava.

To make things interesting, have it all together with BBQ Seafood of your choice (Fish, Prawns, Squid, anything goes).
