This delicious seaweed is traditionally found in the waters of Okinawa (Japan) but it has since spread to other parts of the world where tropical temperatures are common. Due to advanced farming and dehydration technology we’re able to grow sea grapes year round and pack the green caviar with a shelf life of 12 months, making it possible to ship this delicacy directly to you to enjoy at home!

Take the dehydrated umibudo (sea grapes) out of their bag and refresh them in iced water for two to five minutes for the small green berries to firm. The longer you leave the seagrapes in the iced water the less salt it will have. Serve condiments separately and simply dip the sea grapes into condiments. If condiments or sauces are poured over the umibudo, they’ll will lose their popping texture.
