Chicken Salad with Sea grapes

Rinse and soak your dehydrated green caviar (you can do it the evening before)

Salt and pepper chicken legs boneless.
Heat the pan with olive oil, sauté the chicken and then reduce the heat and cook through.

Then chop the meat, Chinese cabbage, mint leaves. Finely chop garlic.
Spread the Chinese cabbage in a bowl, add the fish sauce, water and white vinegar and lemonsaft and a pinch of sugar and mix everything together.

Now give the prepared Seagrapes above and finally the roasted chicken strips. Decorate a few coriander leaves.
